PARTS PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I purchase CBZ Extreme on 25.5.09 from oswal motors pitampura near Deeapli Chowk, new delhi, after 3 months of purchase i found a problem in Gears & clucth plates i went to the workshop for the same and got changed after many argues with them, now on 6.12.09 again after three months the same problem arises and go to worshop again and they are asking me Rs 3000/-, i request them to change my bike or replace this part in warranty but they refuse to do so. I am driving car, bikes & scooter for more than 7-8 years but i face this type of problem first time in my life. Sir, i requested you to pls resolve my problem at the earliest. I am very much dissatified customer of Hero Honda and wants to replce my bike or got repairs of my bike at no cost.
