I had bought a Hero Honda CD DLX, frame no. MBLHA11ER49K - 16355 from authorised dealer Hindustan Auto Agency, Bus Stand, Po - Chas, Bokaro Steel City on 05.11.2010. During the 5th servicing of the motorcycle in I noticed that the Black Cat alarming device was not working. Since it was under 1-year guarantee period, I claimed for a replacement at the Hindustan Auto Agency service station. The service staff of the Agency told me to come later and check as the device was unavailable then. I went back to them to get a replacement of the same device which was due in the 5th servicing session on 02.10.2011.
However, they replaced the Black Cat device on my motorcycle with an old repaired device available in their stock and during this process of mounting the replacement, due to unskilled labour, they DAMAGED the entire Electric Circuit of my motorcycle. The whole electric circuit and the wiring of the motorcycle was burnt, which they later taped around to cover the damage.
And because the entire wiring is affected, the indicators/blinkers of the motorcycle, lights and the device alarm -- all are damaged. The blinkers don't work properly. Now I want the entire damaged WIRING KIT to be REPLACED with a NEW WIRING KIT. All this has caused due to CHEAP, UNSKILLED LABOUR of the Hindustan Auto Agency and NEGLIGENCE of the Manager. As if this was not all, the Manager of the authorised dealer MISBEHAVED/S with me & many other customers in line.
Hope this mail will find the concerned authority of the management and my problem will be resolved. Further, I can furnish a copy of the receipt wherein details of the replaced Black Cat device could be matched with.
