I met in an accident on 19th of september in meerut. I purchased my bike from baghpat thats why i thought of getting the claim from Baghpat itself. I deposited my bike on showroom on 3rd or 4th october. They told me that we will repair it in10 to 15 days, that is enough & more. Then also i told them that i need it before or on 31st october. They said that we will shurely do it. Then on 19th october i just went to the showroom to just see what is going on, at that time only front tyre's Plastic cover & one part on which hunk striker is coming was not available. They asked 2 to 3 days more then i again told them that i want it on or before 31st october any how, because that time was maximum. Many of my friends applied for claim in various cities they have gotten it within 7 days. Then when on 30th october i reach on showroom my bike was in the same condition as it was on 19th October. They are simply saying that Spares Parts are not available. My Bike is purchased on 1 january it is a new model & with in from india it is not impossible to get the spare parts in 25 days. So please take any action against them. I have to go on my job on 1 november & that is so difficult without a bike in noida. My bike is on my fathers name. Showroom name is BHARAT AUTOMOBILE BAGHPAT (UTTARPRADESH).
