Sir,
I purchased one Hero Honda Splendor Pro from Rohan Autoriders, Bhubaneswar on 2nd Jan. Its 1st servicing was done in the workshop of Rohan Autoriders on 1st Feb.
After a few days i.e. on 18-02-12; the bike did not start around 11AM, when I was in the market. When all my attempts failed, I finally called the workshop for help but got a reply that they cant provide break down service right then as because there was rush in the workshop and they can do so only after 2 days i.e. on 21-02-12 taking the plea that 19th was Sunday and 20th was Sivaratri.
And finding no other way and blaming my fate for buying such a worst bike that troubled me within a month, I hired an auto and loaded it to reach the workshop of Rohan Auto by spending Rs 300.00. I handed over the bike at 1PM on 18-02-12 and my Job Card No was- 29191/ 11-12 Dated 18-02.
I was called over telephone on 21-02 by the workshop to take the vehicle that had been repaired. I reached and the vehicle was handed over to me on 21-02 evening.
I always believed that Hero Honda is a wonderful bike and the service provided by the workshops is very good…for which I changed my old Hero Honda again to a new bike of same brand.
This idea of me turned to a hallucination when again the same bike stopped on the way when I was returning from my native village, 80 kms from Bhubaneswar with my wife in a lonely place of a rural road, at 8PM of 23-02, the spot was 60 kms from Bhubaneswar.
I ran from pillar to post, arranged a trolley auto, paid him Rs 700.00, and we both husband and wife boarded that trolley auto in that much dreaded night along with that stupid bike to reach my residence at BBSR at 11.45 pm.
My pleasure of riding a new Hero Honda Pro turned to a fiasco, humiliation.
Hence I strongly appeal to Replace that bike for a new one and in no circumstances, I am going to get it repaired again at any cost. My life and my family are precious for me and I can’t take risk for the 2nd time by keeping faith on this diseased bike and the unskilled hands of the workshop people.
I am going to drop it again at that workshop and in no way going to take delivery of the repaired bike.
Moreover I claim the entire money to be handed over to me, which I have spent to transport the diseased bike to workshop 2 times and to my res once in the night of 23rd Feb.
If my complaints are not dressed to my demand and satisfaction, I will take next actions to settle my legitimate rights being a bonafide consumer.
