Dear sir,
I am Tapas kumar Dutta one of your Co’s loyal customer, I bought a motorcycle of your Co.(HERO HONDA) from one of your authorized seller National Automobiles at Chakdaha, C.B.ROAD Chakdaha Nadia on 18.09.2009. After 3 months I found that there is oil leakage in Suspension of my bike.
For this reason several times I notice National automobile to exchange it but they are neither replacing it nor behaving properly. Every time they are saying that they have nothing to do because same part is not available at there end.
Its makes me too much irritated and I am loosing my brand loyalty from HERO HONDA.
So I request u to resolve my problem as earliest.
