Extremely poor service from bike deale

Dear manager,

I purchased a Hero Honda passion bike on 15 july from Vinline showroom. From beginning I am facing problem. they offer six free service one extra free service for passport programmer. I got only twice satisfactory service among 7. Most of the times they only wash carelessly and nothing more. Last saturday I gave my bike for last free service. I explained the problems severally to the service centre people but they have not taken any care. On monday morning when I was going to office I need to go to another garage only after riding 2 km and replace spark plug. Such extreme poor service is beyond imagine. Twice I have done teflon polish from there. There teflon polish do not retain for more than 7 days. Hope proper step would be taken and would be informed shortly.
