I had placed my Hero Honda street bike (KL-14.D/1977) for general service and replacement of speedometer cable on 25th September at M/s Pavizham Associates, Payyanur, Kerala. I took the vehicle just before closing on the same day but when I started riding, I recognised that they did not change the speedometer cable at all. Since the centre was closed I could not make the complaint then. On 09.10.10 I placed the same bike for the same problem in addition to the repair of back indicator light (red) since it was not working. I took the bike at 3.50 P.M on the same day form the service centre and placed it outside the wall of the centre since I was travelling by car. At 8.30P.M i returned and rode the vehicle. Alas, this time they did not repair the backlight, and they switched off the side indicator sound alarm. They made me waited for this simple repair for five hours from 10a.m to 3.50 p.m.

(My service bill invoice no. for 9.10.10- 7675). I have lodged a written complaint at the service centre at 11.15 p.mon 9.10.10 but they did not give any reply to me even by the evening. I could not make the complaint about the backlight on that day because the centre was closed. I afraid to place my bike at the service centre because I don't know what else will they do to my mike!
