A Hero Honda Velociti – electric bike MH02/BL-7011 that was bought in April from Bhavna Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Navi Mumbai on the name of Mr. Ashish Choksi. This vehicle has hardly been used for 10km from the time it has been bought and had stopped functioning in June’09. After our many complaints and repeated calls, the company had sent a mechanic / personnel, Mr Shariq to look into the matter. The personnel had advised a bike part change and said that he will return with the part to be changed. Umpteen complain calls have been made since then to Bhavna motors but have fallen to deaf ears. We also understand now that Mr. Shariq is no longer working with said dealer. His senior, Mr. Harshit Shah was informed of our complain issue but no action has been taken on the same till date. Now Bhavna Moters also left dealership for Ultra velocity. we have lodge our complaint online on verious consmer complaint site one of teh site name is CCCCORE.CO.IN we have submitted our complaint in sept as this site is supported by DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Govt. of India) but till date we dont have recived any reply and still waiting for positive feed back please solve our problem as the earliest...
