Not providing Lunch

I was flying by Ft. No IT 0214 from Delhi to Lucknow on 13th January and in my Tkt it was mentioned that "On Board Lunch" However I was served with usual Snacks only. When enquired from the Air hostess, I was told that since I have not put up a request at the time of obtaining Boarding Pass I am not entitiled for Lunch. I did not considered it proper to argue with her on this issue and instead I wish to lodge a complaint so as to know what is the proper procedure. My seat No. was 29D.I consider this against your policy of treating the persons on Board as your personal Guest.
