Lack of supply of spare parts

Sir,

i owned a honda shine 2wheeler from Hasan Honda. My chain sprocket was in a bad condition and should be replaced at once. I enquired the dealer but got reply that the stock was nill for the past two months. Then i enquired in Chennai at Tambaram and T.Nagar dealer point and got the same reply. Iam in need of the spare parts immediately or otherwise i could not use the vechile. Kindly do the needful.
