HI have purchased a new Honda Jazz on 8th Oct from Prestige Honda (Lally Motors) Chandigarh. Firstly i planned to buy the car on 24th Sept. At that time, Sale Adviser (Poonam) told me that at present boot tray is not available and that will be delivered later. So, i planned to get the car on 8th Oct for which i made the payment on 30th Sept. At the time of booking i get confirm from Poonam that this time i'll get the boot tray as well.
But at the time of payment the answer was same as before. Its been almost 2 months and till now no tray has been delivered. Even now they are saying that the tray is not available even in the Company.
Also, i am facing the problem with the tyre fitted. The tyres are getting cracks and i am facing problem for that. I informed Prestige Honda about this. they told me that the engineer will come from MRF to inspect. Nothing till date.
This is harrasment for Customer. I'll not recommend ay one to go for Jazz and specially from Prestige Honda as they dont keep there promises.
