Defective speedo & poor service

I received honda unicorn after waiting 75 days and full payment of Rs.68261/- before dilivery. I got delivery on may 24. After paying full payment, I got new motorcycle with defective speedo meter. At service station company employee said that it will replaced with first service. I visited six times for the same and after four months, I am waiting for meter replacement. Even company employee told me that thousands of people are facing same problem and company do not have new meters. Now the questions is company's service who do not deliver vehicle without full payment, I mailed this matter to [email protected]. They even do not reply on the same. now service person detach the cable of speedo meter. And I am running this vehicle without speedo-kilo meter. There are so many people are facing same problem. will you help me please.
