This only goes to prove that a prestigious organisation like HONDA is a big cheat and fraud, who deceived the customer.
You didn't keep your promise to pay the settlement amount of RS.5 lac as promised.
It was your duty to comfirm with your branch manager about the details of the incident before hand. And for your record no service coupons were offered to me. Why would the branch manager tell you the truth as it was his mistake.
Now when we have written a positive response you have backed out of the settlement.
I would say a truly unfrofessional organisation who didn't keep its words.
