Head crack and lost of service book

Dear Sir,

I am not satisfied from your service center which is in Mayapuri Delhi. VD HONDA. I have bought Stunner from VD Honda in feb'10 and I am facing many problems in my bike. Its voicer is getting cracked and i have complained for the same and from last 1 month my Honda Stunner is standing at your service center and they are not solving my problem. When I had words with the manager he was using absuing words and he is just fooling me that tomorrow you will get your problem solved, we have sent the mail to honda as we will receive the reply we will tell you. I amtotally pissed of with there this type of attitude. and with that there was some problem in my bikes battery they asked me to give the service book and we will replace your battery amd i am happy that they replaced it. But withthat the problem is that they lost my service book and and i asked for that then they again started using abusing words i am fed up with listing bad words please help me to get my problem solved.
