Dear Sir,
With reference to above subjected, I had booked Honda Shine bike from M/s Om sai auto world Mahim by paying Rs 59183/-(with accessories) in advance towards full and final payment of the bike. They told us that bike is not available and will be delivered to you on or before by April 15th.
On arrival of bike in their showroom, they called us and asked to pay Rs - additional towards increment in cost of bike during this period.
Since I had paid full and final amount of bike on time of booking, I should not be liable to pay any additional amount for cost increment during this period.
