Hi,

I FAZAL SHAIKH have Booked an Honda Unicorn Bike on Jan 16 under Receipt No 14172 Booking No - M-12789 advance Amount Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees) from Om Sai Service Mahim Branch. At the time of booking i got a commitment that i will be getting delivery within 2 and half months. that means March ending But its already 2 months passed. I did not got any calls from the dealer till date, When i gave a call to showroom they put me on hold for 20 to 25 minutes. I spoked with Mr. Rohit Gawad your customer care, he told me that i will be getting delivery after 4 months from the date of Booking. That means in the months of May.

I am very upset with your sales person that why they are giving wrong commitment to the customers at the time of Booking & Service which you are provided is very Bad.

Please help me in this matter & let me know till when i will be getting Delivery of my Bike. Thanks!!!
