PROBLEMS IN SOME OF BIKE PARTS

I have purchased a new "HONDA UNICORN" on 27 march from the dealer whose details are furnished below;

I had purchased a HONDA UNICORN with engine no. KC09E1137706 on above said date in one time cash payment. At the time of purchased self start was not functioning well and the dealer told me to use the byke for few days after that the battery will charged and it will work well. But after two weeks latter also it was not functioning, then i complaint to the dealer for the same. The dealer told, once the service book comes then they will be able to change the battery and the same story of service book continues for five months. Finally the dealer refused to do the same. Since i did not get the service book, i was not been able to get the free service facility. Also I did not get the free tool kits.

Also the lights were not functioning well. Finally I had to purchased the new battery. Since I payed the full amount at one time, the dealer is not listening anything now.

Please help me out from the problem.
