DEAR SIR,

I HAD PURCHASED HONDA UNICORN FROM YOUR DEALER ROYAL MOTORS (BHIWANDI). WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE BIKE AFTER FEW DAYS THERE WERE LOT OF NOISE IN THE BIKE FROM SILENCER, ENGIE AND I HAD ALREADY GIVEN MY BIKE AT YOUR MAHIM WORKSHOP BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING.

I REQUESTED TWICE TO THEM, INFACT THEY DIDNT GAVE ME PROPER SERVICE.

YOU PEOPLE ARE A MARKET LEADER IN BIKE INDUSTRY, THATS THE REASON I PURCHASED VEHICEL FROM YOU, BUT THE WAY I M GETTING SERVICES FROM UR NETWORKS & SERVICE STATION I M NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.PLEASE RECTIFY MY QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
