Non delivery of HP Gas refill

I booked gas for Home delivery On 5.8.2011 but still today not deliver. Whenver I make call to the agency they says tomorrow must be delivered. I am sory to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is reguler happening with Hp gas deler Soham Gas Services at Thane.
