i purchase wagon r vxi model on 19/8 dealer is patel motors indore

after delivery with in a 2 k.m. car was not running properly due to technical fault

patel motors assured me for change the vehicle

but after 8 days he said vehicle is not available plz wait for minimum 21 days more

i want to know where i am wrong
