I have purchased new I 10 ERA on 24/07, just 10 DAYS back. From day one i am complaining that my steering works hard (JAM) when it is on straight direction. But my dealer, CONCEPT HYDAI, AHMEDABAD is not ready to listen and solved my problem. I am doctor and practicing last 20 years. and he wants to convince me that it is my myth.
I got it checked from one of my friends works with ISRO, Scientist. My friend has confirm that the product or piece supply to me has problem on EPS system. Not only this i have got it checked through Approved surveyour of the government. and he has confirm that product has problem. But MY DEALER CONCEPT HYDAI, Ahmedabad. Don't want to listen and don't want to solve my problem.
Instead of solving my problem he just sent me back by false promises. Yesterday this dealer's staff has cross all limits and misbehave grossly with me. I fail to understand that is it my fault that i have selected HYDAI product. I is my fourth car and second of Hydai Product. I really feel cheated by this service and feeling that product purchase, just 10 days back giving problem then what will happen after 2 to 3 year.
NOT A SINGLE HYDAI PERSON OR ENGINEER HAS VISITED ME OR EVEN CALL ME TILL DATE AFTER LODGING OF MY COMPLAINT.
