Defects of the model kappa i10 1.2 magna

I bought i10 magna kappa 1.2 model car in june. I am facing two problems first when autolock system is unlocked or the car engine is switched off the dicky also gets unlocked this is dangerous as any one can misuse it. Secondly defogging in mirror is dangerous in driving during winter and rainy season.
