Sir,

I purchased Hyundai I10 Sportz model bearing Chassis No. MALAN51CLAM695504*G and Engine No. G4LAAM473104, KL 33B 5588 from your dealer at Changanacherry, Kottayam, Kerala namely MGF Motors in the month of October. My car met with an accident on 30-12 at Alleppey, Kerala. The rear side of the car was damaged. My brother-in-law namely Jobin Jose took the vehicle to MGF Motors service station at Changanacherry on the same day itself. The experience which my brother-in-law had to face in the service station was horrifying. The workshop manager namely Mr. Jayakrishnan behaved very rudely to my brother in law for the reasons best known to him. His attitude was like an uncivilized person. He abused my brother-in-law using vulgar words. He told my brother-in-law that ‘your vehicle’s work cannot be done in our service station’. I would like to inform you that we were really shocked with the ridiculous attitude of the workshop manager and we took the vehicle to Popular Motors, Kottayam. We also asked the security personnel standing at the entrance gate in MGF service station at Changanacherry to record our entrance with the vehicle in the register book. But they declined to the said request.

I would like to further submit that my husband namely Joshin Jose owns an Accent GLS and my mother in law owns a Santo car. We always preferred the cars made by Hyundai and we are satisfied with the vehicles and are proud of being owners of the same. But the aforementioned experience which we had to face from your Service dealer at Changanacherry made us very disappointed. I am sending this letter to convey you the message that you should give proper training to your customer care managers, workshop managers and other employees and train them how to behave properly to your customers. I am deeply depressed and remain in utter dismay because of the worst experience which we had to face from your Service dealer.
