Wrong billing and a complete loss to the consume

We purchased our i20 sportz model from Rishabh Motors Okhla / Ms Sunita nair was the sales person, we paid inr 10, 000 as advance for booking.

they have given complete wrong invoice they have charges 55, 000/- where as the receipt says inr 50, 000/-

payment was made by the company CSC, we made several efforts but they were not ready to do anything.

we paid advance and they are not ready to pay the erecipt for the same.

attitude is worst, Madam does not want to pick up the phone.

because of these issues we had to settle the invoice from our account as company was not ready to pay extra amount.

this Rishabh motors should be penalised for their mis bahavoiur and worst attitude.

if we dont get any solution after this complaints we will go legal on this. its a fraud case
