FAILED TO BOOK AS PHONE IS ALWAYS ENGAGED

Failing to book LPG Gas supply as the phone of the supplying Agency is always engaged. It is heard that internet is connected with the phone (no other phone is there). Agency telling you can book in Kolkata Phone No :-033-23480697, through SMS- same problem, booking cofirmation reply- when the gas is already delivered, Another Mob No given for SMS -9800451007, . that has a standerd reply " consumer no does not match, pl contact your Gas supply agency.

THIS THE TOTAL SENARIO OF GAS BOOKING.

My earnest appeal pl look into the matter and see the consumes are not harrashed for gas booking and pl formulate a standard guidance by which we can book and confirmed and confirm booking within 12 hours if not immediately and it should pasted in the notice board for public.
