Harassment in surveying car claim

Dear Team

We have filed car claim against our issued policy number 3001/57118054/00/B00 on Company Toll free 1800 209 8888 dated April-5 number MOT01508179 to send suryer at Garage to access the loss ofour car. several reminders have been given to icici lombard to send their surveyer at the location so that car claim can be addresses. But to my knowledge, till date no official has visited the garage to access loss and doing it deliberately so as to harass me and delay it further so that when policy get expired they can further harass me.

i left with no solution but to approach u..pl help
