Delay and no feedback for clain cheque

I have claimed for motor insurance for my car (GJ-5-CJ-916) on date:25th may claim no: MOC 01567191.from overdrive auto care, piplod, surat (mo.no:9374065009), car was survayed by icici survayer mr.sandip (mo.no:9879200214). till today i have not received my claim amount.duirng whole month of june many time i had visited to surat officeand inquired cheque issuing person JENISHA (mo.no:9727771141) she every time answered that mumbai office is not sending your cheque.i had inquired to mumbai office mr.vivek (tel.no:022 39839484) as per him surat office is not asking for your cheque then what can i do. Now i am not able to understand whom to ask as everybody is escaping from their responsibility.please help me.
