Unbilled service charge through dealers (SPS Hero Honda - Tiruvallur)

I went to renew my insurance (ICICI Lombard) in SPS Hero Honda show room (Tiruvallur – Near Chennai). The amount to be paid was 876 but SPS charged me 976. - Two service charges (1 Billed service charge 1 unbilled service charge (rs.100)). But the bill will prove only 876.
