Dear sir,

my ticket pnr no-8262808847 mumbai to ghaziabad, train no 12903, date of journey 12.01.12 cancelled. but my refund no transfar in my account till date-19.01.12. ticket cancelld date 12.01.12.so please solve my problem urgent bassis.
