This is regarding my Indigo flight 6E 302 from Chennai to Delhi on 26th June (Departure @ 11:30 a.m.) I would like to bring to your notice that due to your Indigo staffs fault and then their misbehavior at the Chennai airport premises, I missed my flight.

Done with my security check-in, when I was waiting for my boarding at “the Gate no. 2 ” as mentioned in my Boarding Pass, I got anxious as it was already 11:10 and boarding had not started then. Two times I asked the Indigo staff member standing at its counter (ground floor) whether the flight is delayed or why the boarding was not starting. He asked me to wait and keep the patience and informed that it will start in a while.

After 10 minutes, I heard my name in the announcement being called. As soon as I heard that I confirmed the location point with the people around. I rushed and was surprised to find that boarding was being carried at the Gate no. 7 (1st floor). I was taken aback by the blunder made in my boarding pass by your staff.

Disappointedly, when I proceeded to join the queue boarding the bus I was made stopped. Then I had a very bad experience with one of your staff members, Mr. Arun, Assistant Manager who not only ill- treated, prevented me to speak but also misbehaved, snatched my boarding pass from me. He was completely trying to have a dominating argument instead of resolving the problem. As a result of this stretched session of arguments, I unfortunately missed my flight. I completely believe that if I was not made stopped for this unnecessary absurd argument, I could have boarded the flight.

As I always need my boarding pass to submit in the office for the reimbursement purposes, I repeatedly asked for the boarding pass. Regardless of my efforts and repeated requests of either the boarding pass or photocopy, I did not get anything but ill treatment, embarrassment from your kind staff.

I wonder this is what the customer gets in return when the fault has been made from your pathetic management.

I look forward to your early reply/ action for fault made and misconduct by your staff or I will be compelled to escalate the matter and take the necessary actions.
