iam a consumer (consumer number:1173) of indane gas agency, mangad, kannur (dist), kerala.
i have registred for gas on 26/5 and till this time i have not received the new cylinder.
on repeated enquiry for the supply they said that there is shortage of gas supply. At the same time it is observed that gas cylinders are provided to various consumers.it is suspected that gas cylinders are supplied without observing the priority of registration.and this is a regular practice.kindly look into the matter and see that the supply are being affected in time.request urgent necessary action in this matter.
