I tried to book a 2AC tkt from Nizamuddin to Udaipur by Mewar express on 13 July. I had opted to have a lower berth. I paid thru S B I netbanking an amount of Rs 1708/- (proof is given below). The amount is taken by railways, but the tkt is NOT booked. The reason given by Railways is that NO lower berth is available. What a pity. You are first deducting the amount and then say that U dont have lower berths. very very unfortunate. More than one month passed but my hard earned money has not so far credited back to my account. I request the authorities to plase refund my money.
