Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Refund through TDR

This is to bring to your kind attention & impel necessary action against considerable delay in processing TDR refund. I had filed for TDR refund through irctc portal on March 17 & have been following up with the officials through e-mails, telephone calls on the helpline numbers for chasing up the refund process, but the refund is still awaited. Sometimes the behaviour of the concerned officials over telephone are very rude.

Request you to kindly refer the below trail mail & help me get the refund.

We have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt. 26.12.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 2 dt. 26.03.10 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.

Refer the below given screen shot of the status of TDR refund amount. I had filled for the refund on 17/03/09. It has been approved for refund but, not been credited to my account yet.
