WRONG INFORMATION OF TRAIN ARRIVAL

I had a railway resrevation from faridabad in trainno. 9326 when I confirm the arrival time of train at139 the information was given that the the train is 4 hour 50 minutts late and will be come at 18:55. I confirrmed again at 6:30 same information was given. So I reacheed to station at right time 18:55 but at the station I got the information at enquiry that train is late by 12 hours more. Now I had no choice and stop for eight hours at plate form. there were many peoples who had been conveyd wrong information by railway phon inquiry 139 . I am shoked about it why not railway inquiry system 139 provide the correct information. This is very burst service Ihave seen in mylife.
