I had cancelled my ticket with PNR. No. DA04539406 on 145th April. The ticket was booked on my credit Card. Due to certain unavoidable reasons, I had to cancel my ticket and the staff at the Air Port while cancelling my ticket promised to get refund credited to my account within 15 days. But those it isl more than one year and one month, I have not received any amount, nor any communication from the company. This is very bad state of affair what the company is adopting all nasty mimics and illegally retaining the money of the public.
