Didnot refund full amount

Indian railway, according to their rules if train is late more than three hours than they will refund full I.e. 307 but they have only approve 153. so i dnt knw why they did this. please have alook on this.

Reason for TDR: Train Late more than three hours

My seat was confirmed but m nt able to board the train due to delay of more than three hours.

So due to which i suffered a very heavy loss. which i have to recover. Inspite this they are refunding half of the amount..
