Dear Sir, I Had Booked I Ticket via PNR NO-2208083237 for journey from Haridwar to Patna.on-06.07.2010

The Train was cancelled by the Railway. I had aplied for refund but almost 7 months has passed.and got no refund.and assurance from IRCTC.My Money is Blocked without bInterest..
