And the same return ticket

Ticket Charge: Rs 232.00

AND THE BOTH TICKETS CANCELLED ON 18-FEB-11.

BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.

PLS ADVICE ME, WHAT SHALL I DO TO GET THE REFUND.
