REFUND OF TICKET

Dear Sir / Madam

I had booked an E-Ticket on 6/5. the ticket was not confirm so on the same day i have cancelled it. But i din't got the refund amount in my account. E-Ticket details are given below:

PNR no- 2320184720

TRAIN NO- 12215 (GARIB RATH)

DOJ- 12/5

FROM- JAIPUR TO BORIVALI

Kindly look into the matter asap.

Please help me with my refund as its been more 3 months.
