For not getting Refund of E-Ticket

Dear Sir/Madam

With due respect I beg to say that, I have booked a E-Ticket on 20/07 for dated 24/07 from Manmad to H.Nizamudin, but because of rush that was not confirmed on the date of Journey, accordingly I have to get back my refund automatically to my bank account, but still I have not received that,

I had called to customer care department many times & also I loged a complaint through email, to the Indian railway site (complaint no. - W/SW/UBL/0000006486). on calling to customer care they always used to tell me to wait for a week, but now they even not pick my Call

Sir/Madam, I m student, for me Rs.415 is my 1 month Pocket money, which is retained by Indian Railway Department.

My heartiest request to you, kindly take some action toward my complaint.
