Bike not reached at destination station

Hello Sir,

I am a software engineer working in pune MNC.I booked a bajaj discover bike as luggage on journey ticket

from pune to allahabad.

Bike was loaded at pune station in the train (Gyan ganga Express) in front of me.

But when at allahabad station I enquired they said the bike is not here and might be it has gone ahead.

I waited for 24 hrs for bike to come but it has not yet come to station.

Please look into the matter and help me in getting the bike as soon as possible.
