Eticket TDR Filed, No Refund

I had filed a TDR with TDR reference no: ekt2011108003416167 against my E-ticket booked through IRCTC on 18/07 with PNR number : 6160835490, for journey date :08/10 from Haridwar to Dehradun.

The reasons for filing the TDR were :

1) Train Late More Than Three Hours

2) Passenger Not Travelled

The TDR was filed on 08//11 as per the rules but I have not received any refund against the filed TDR. The Refund status is continuously being shown as "Refund under Process" and TDR status is being shown as "Forwarded To Railway", TDR Zone "NRBSB" ion IRCTC's Website under my login ID.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter from your end as more than 2 months have passed from the TDR filing date and I have still not received any refund.
