N Rathamani aged 65 was travelling from Delhi to Erode by Kerala express and date of journey was 19th dec from Delhi. She had confirmed ticket under tatkal and her birth no. S1-55.Till Vijayawada station she had no problem but at Vijayawada station she was made to leave seat by TTE stating that she does not have a confirmed ticket.etc even she had a confirmed ticket. Since she does not know hindi she could not convince the TTE the facts. Finally she had to leave the seat and sit on floor to travel from Vijayawada to Erode. Please do take this up very seriously and take action against TTE for such a rutheless behaviour with lonely travelling aged lady. I am sure consumer complaints cell will do the needful immeidately and do revert back to us with the result.
