Indian Railways Platform ticket Policy at mumbai

Hi Team

I would like to know the platform ticket policy of the Indian Railways at the Mumbai railway station.

I was harassed, threatened & abused on 6 Oct at morning by one Mr. pandey (as per his telling name) of the Indian Railways towards. When i ask his identity card but his not shows and use abasue language with us "complaint kar ke Tum mera kya ukhad logo".

This type of language use by one government officer.it is shame less thing for railway organisation

Nobody knows Western railway local tickets are taken but is it not valid to central railway plat form?

when you cross Western line to central line plat form that time this ticket was not valid as per this person told me.

I have railway ticket of mira road to dadar and return.at morning i going to drop my mother in low at dadar station by gitanjali express.if i have valid ticket of train then after also this person take penalty of Rs. 254/- and challan no-A334421 and my return ticket no -K31876699.

The staff of the Indian Railways, specially the likes of Mr pandey, should be the taught the etiquittes & manners to talk to the passengers.

He literally threatened me & my wife & showed utter disrespect.

I felt really bad after this incidence.

I will take this issue right upto the railway board & Ministry of railways.

And i would like to request the Railways to please make clear their Platform ticket policy so that innocent passengers like me are not harassed by people like Mr pandey of the Indian Railways.
