I have booked my ticket on 5/10 through internet, from Solapur to Kalyan (Maharashtra) Journy date was 11/10 train No 6382.After reaching to station I came to know that said train has been cancelled due to track problems.
After filing TDR for refund, with hell lot of followup I have received refund after 5 months. Refund amount received is Rs. 90/- where as ticket amount was Rs.383/-
I would like to know instead of getting compensation on account of harrashment by Railways, they are not even refunded my full amount.
Can I approch to consumer court.
