The train was late more than 3 hours so we have purchased another current ticket for same passengers from NDLS current booking window and passengers travelled on this ticket.
another day i filed the TDR requesting the refund. On 5 may i got the following mail from irctc.
"Dear customer,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.6232381716 has been regretted by NWR on dt.23.04.10 stating that “As per records Passenger (s) travelled on the ticket”. Against their letter no. C-438/IRCTC/10/05.03.10/NWR for further assistance please mail us. "
How is it possible that as per railways, passenger (s) traveled on the ticket? The all the three passengers went by Punjab mail (2137) on the same day from New Delhi to Bathinda through current booking ticket (Obtained from New Delhi counter) when we found that the Udain Abha (Train No 3007) express is late more than three hours. Railways can check from Punjab mail chart whether the same three passengers went by this train.
Please help me in this regard
