I have booked a e-ticket from nagpur to pune in Azadhind Exp. My travel date was 12th sept. Its PNR no. is 6344156175. Train was running late by 8 hrs. As the chart was prepared and the counters in nagpur railway station were closed, i filed the TDR. In this case i should get full refund as per railways refund policy but i have got only Rs. 166 which is 50% of the total fare. And now when i am calling at customer care number, i am not getting any proper response. Following are the details for your reference:
