I Had booked Ticket for Mumbai to Nagpur. The Train was late by more than 12 hrs, so i didnt travelled by that train and I Filed TDR on 23/6. Till date (21st OCT) I havent Received the refund. When I tried to call the authorities got same answer its under process... The details are below.
