TDR Filed for ticket reimbursement

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket from Dehradun to Patna, PNR no being 2211128993. The passengers were unable to borad the train as it was delayed by more than 3 hours. Hence I filed the TDR 9th Dec with the reference no ekt2010129001871513. Its almost 143 days since the same has been lodged but till date I have not received the refund.
