Sir i had booked an e ticket for my brother for 08 sept. his pnr no is 6500914359. he is trevalling with hs ticket and id proof but beside that the TT had charged him afine of Rs 510 and its recipt no is 346470. sir i wantr to know that for what reasone he was charged and please refund my money as soon as possible. i will be ever grate full to u for this act of kindness.
